Managerial Programmes

The focus is on the following interdependent areas:
Support service, Programme development, management and implementation, Capacity building and employee wellness program.

This will facilitate the implementation of organizational capacity; feasibility of objectives and work plan; appropriateness of activities/interventions; past and present collaborative efforts; evaluation and achievement through providing models of interventions that are effective and sustainable tools, insights, training and skill development to youth –in school, educators, faith-based organizations, NGO’s, CBO’s farmers workers and corporate staff.

Children's Programmes

Supporting programmes designed to help children are:
Parenting Programme, Psycho-social Service Programme, Educational Programme, Relief Programme, Developmental touch therapy, Recreational programme and skill Development Programme.

Community Programme

Another point of interest is to start up the Child Care Forums or improve existing community structures that serve the same purpose. Training of such forum will ensure understanding and the importance of Child Care Forums. The forum would consist of a multidisciplinary team that will deal with the issues affecting orphan and vulnerable children.
